Killer Mike’s “Michael” Album to Feature Lil Wayne

Killer Mike’s upcoming album, Michael, was showcased at a listening party during SXSW in Austin, Texas, curated by SPIN. Radio host/producer DJ Kenny Perez, who attended the event, revealed that the album will include a joint effort with Lil Wayne.

“Yesterday I got the chance to sit and listen to Killer Mike new solo project ‘Michael.’ I can with out a doubt tell you to RUN and embrace it when it drops. The project is journey through his life and he doesn’t hold back. Collabs with Andre 3000, Lil Wayne, Dave Chapelle and more.”

The release date for Michael has not been announced yet, but I will provide an update as soon as it is confirmed. Lil Wayne and Killer Mike previously collaborated on the remix of “Ooh LA LA” in 2021 after connecting on Young Money Radio in the previous year.
